Estimated 1500 square feet house, 2 story, 3 bed, 1 bath.
All new
PVC pipe for water and drains, with new electric water heater.
Plumbing
has been run to add an upper bathroom.
Front
and back
porches are solid concrete, siding is vinyl
A lot of
shade here
The back
door with concrete steps
Fenced
yard in portion of the back to the kitchen door
Back
door again and north side of house adjacent to poplar avenue
Front
faces East on South 13th St. and side faces Poplar St. to the North
Lower floor is a cozy design but is still in the remodeling stages. The renovation area of kitchen and bath have not been completed. The shower stall is completed in tile, and is designed to accommodate a wheelchair. The bath closet and kitchen walls are not finished. Floor leveling needs to finish before the new interior walls are installed.
Upper Floor needs wiring and proposed external deck for a secondary exit. Plumbing and drain pipes are installed to add a bath to the left end of the large room.
This house was intended to be my retirement home after reworking the interior design, but other matters and seeking a warmer climate led to unfinished construction. Floor drawings are done to exact scale.
